Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is Designed for personnel who staff emergency departments, intensive care units, or critical care departments, as well as physicians, nurses, emergency technicians, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other professionals who may respond to an cardiovascular emergency, the ACLS Provider course provides the knowledge and skills needed to evaluate and manage the first 10 minutes of an adult ventricular fibrillation/ventricular tachycardia (VF/VT) arrest.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Course is a video-based, Instructor-led course that teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both in and out of hospital settings. This course train participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. It includes adult, child, and infant rescue techniques.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) This course is designed for pediatricians, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, emergency physicians, and other healthcare providers who care for infants and children. The PALS course teaches participants: to recognize infants and children at risk of cardiopulmonary arrest strategies needed to prevent cardiopulmonary arrest in infants and children skills needed to resuscitate and stabilize infants and children in respiratory failure, shock, or cardiopulmonary arrest.
The AHA's Heartsaver, Firstaid, CPR AED, courses for workplace training are offrerd online, in classroom setting and in english or spanish. The AHA's Firstaid courses are design to meet OSHA requirments, this course is comprehensive safety training for the workplace. This course teaches: First aid basics, Medical emergencies, Adult/child CPR with mask, Adult/child choking, and Adult/child AED use.
